Q: What is your refund policy.

A: For habberdashary if the item is faulty we will replace the item at no charge. For sewing machines the warranty states that the machine must be returned to where you purchased it unless you have moved in which case you can take it to the head office for that brand. Damaged or lossed in tranit will be replaced at no charge. You can use our account with TNT which will keep costs to a minimum if a warranty problem arises.

A: We will keep you personal details for warranty purposes. All credit card details will be deleted.

Q: How can I find out the amount that postage will cost?

A: Simply enter the products you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Enter your e-mail address, postage address and post code along with special instructions telling us that you wish to find out the exact cost of postage. We will then promptly e-mail you the exact cost of postage ,cost of purchase and ask you for purchase conformation.Cost to send a sewing machine is usually $45.00 to $50.00, can be free depending on which machine you purchase. Freight can be overnight or one week depending on the type of freight you would like. Small item can be express posted. Road freight for sewing machines is the cheapest option.

Q: Is credit card the only payment option?

A: No, you can also pay by cheque. Just add special instructions to your order saying that you will post Advanced Sewing Centre a cheque and we will promptly send you an e-mail containing exact postage and purchase costs. You can also direct deposit into Advanced sewing centre's account bsb 016441 acc number 348637539

Q: I don’t want to send my credit card details over the internet. Can I send them over the phone?

A: Yes you can, just simply place your order, then phone 08 9528 3313 during Perth business hours.

Q: Are all orders final when I press the send button at the checkout?

A: NO, only orders with all personal details and credit card details submitted. We will send a confirmation e-mails for orders that have missing personal details, missing credit card details or specific special instructions. All orders that have been processed and posted, will also receive an “Order posted” e-mail.

Q: I’m not sure if posting my purchases is safe.

A: All parcels and couriered items have to be signed for by the receiving party. All items are insured for the full value of the item for loss or damage.
